For this claim he pointed a few examples of people who now apply for leaders and successful managers in the world.
Addressing the students, however, the director of the Agency for Electronic Communications ( AEC ), Mr. Robert Ordanoski started by presenting himself as a person who for many years performed senior management positions at T - Mobile, which he said was of particular importance in its construction managerial position primarily because he was a great opportunity to work with top experts in the field of telecommunications in Germany, which at that time run by Macedonian telecommunications. This experience with them, but 13 years positioning of the top management of T - Mobile, contributed to define and increase its knowledge capital, now generously shared with employees of the Agency for Electronic Communications.
Ordanoski, speaking on the topic of leadership emphasized that to be a successful leader is crucial fundamental knowledge students acquire during their studies, then natural predisposition for a leader who can possess the ambition to set a specific goal and it certainly can meet. But also it happen you had to have self confidence.
Explaining the work of the institution that currently is leading, Ordanoski emphasized that the basic obligation of the Agency for electronic communications is the development of competition in the country, which currently operate three successful mobile operators and eight fixed. AEC has 137 employees that provides adequate and continuous training.
