"Statistics in tourism and hospitality"
University of Tourism and Management on (15.04.2014 year), signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the State Statistical Office, is aimed at achieving the objectives and activities of common interest between the two institutions.

Memorandum in the presence of students and representatives of UTMS signed the Director of State Statistical Office Blagica Novkovska PhD and Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Saso Kozhuharov PhD.
The memorandum by the Office enables the inclusion of representatives of the University , the organization of joint conferences, symposia, short courses and seminars, then cooperation with the University towards the realization of mutually agreed projects, and organize at least one visit per semester at the Office of the University students.

Under the Memorandum of cooperation also foresees providing guests - lecturers every semester , especially during the academic year, providing practice for students of the University, and the inclusion of representatives from the Office of organizing joint conferences, symposia, short courses and seminars.

After the signing ceremony of the Memorandum, extremely thorough and top- level application lecture to the students held Ms. Mirjana Bosniak. The lecture sparked great interest and active approach to the students who are highly specialized and their technical issues were actively involved in thematic content.

At the end of the cordial meeting, agreed to a lecture by Novkovska PhD and the Team of SAO, which will be held on 20.05.2014 in the amphitheater of UTMS.
